Guests who seek respite from the hustle and bustle of city life will find it nearby in the vast BorgheseGardens--perfect for a morning walk or jog.The Arcione Apartment is located in Via in Arcione and it is an elegant and spacious residence of 750 sq. ft.; right in the center of Rome - a block to the Trevi Fountain and an easy walk to the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, the Campo de'Fiori and the Forum. The metro is found at the Spanish Steps (3 minutes away), and from there one can travel quickly to the Vatican or in the other direction to the transportation hub of the Stazione Centrale.

Units description:
The Arcione apartment is on the first floor of a nicely maintained building with an elevator. The 15 ft. ceilings, wall-to-wall carpeting and mirrored walls immediately give an impression of spaciousness and elegance. There is an entrance hall with plenty of closets for storage. The large living room has a fireplace and is furnished with a sleep sofa (which can accommodate one extra people) and a nice dining area. Sliding wooden doors lead to the kitchen. The separate bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the bathroom, which opens on to the hall, bidet, toilet and sink. The apartment has a telephone, clothes washer and Italian-language TV. It is also equipped with a "Penguino," a small Italian-style air-conditioning unit. Furnishings are beautiful, especially the paliotto marble and glass dining table and matching coffee table. This is a remarkably gracious apartment for so central a location in Rome

Cleaning Cost :
Initial cleaning and final cleaning are included in the price as quoted We expect the apartments to be left in a relatively clean state, except for washing of linen, towels etc. Extra cleaning charge at request 50 Euros. It includes fresh Bed linens, bathroom and kitchen towels plus total cleaning of the apartment.

Behaviour:
The Lead person on the Booking Confirmation is responsible for the correct and decent behavior of his/her party.

Damages:
Any damage in to the apartments will be deducted from your credit card.

Cancellation policies:
No charge applied if cancellation is done at least 30 days before your arrival.
If cancellation is done 15 days before your arrival the penalty is 30% of the total amount.
If cancellation is done later then the term above the penalty is 50 % of the total amount.
For now show the penalty is 100% of the total amount.

Payments:
For payments you can use Visa-Mastercard-Diners or you can send a bank draft

If you wish to pay with credit card your credit card will be charged for the amount of 50 Euros per each night and you will have to pay the balance due in cash at our personnell at your arrival at the apartment or with a bank draft few days before your arrival.
If you wish to send a bank draft the amount to be payed at the time of reservation is 50 Euros per each night and you will have to pay the balance due in cash at our personnell at your arrival at the apartment or with a bank draft few days before your arrival.
